Catharine Gilson,
President
Catharine is one of the original founders of Hope Renews. Her
daughter attended Vista from 2002 to 2004. Prior to becoming
involved with Hope Renews she worked as the development director
of an independent school in southern California. She was also
employed for many years as a public sector consultant on contract
with the US Department of Justice and state and local governments
to address educational and juvenile justice issues.
Tracey
O'Connell Sperry, Vice President
Tracey is one of the
original founders of Hope Renews. She lives
outside of Boston and has an extensive background in
non-profit management. She is currently the Director of
Development and Research for the National Scleroderma Foundation
in Danvers, MA. Daughter Sarah is at Tufts University and son
Chase, an alum of SUWS and VISTA, is a student The School of the
Art Institute of Chicago.
Patricia
Oxman, Editor
Patty lives in Marin County, California with her husband, Kip,
where she works as a residential real estate broker. Step-son,
Joel, is off the family payroll, living and working in San
Francisco. After Second Nature and Vista, her younger son,
Graham, lives in Salt Lake City, where he works and attends
college.
